What Were You Thinking? – Episode 7

Our thoughts are powerful.  Sometimes what we tell ourselves can be worse than what others say to us. Our thoughts can cripple us. They can hinder us from recognizing and receiving opportunities that may be presented to us.

Our thoughts can stop us from having happiness in our lives.
