T. L. Martin International provides executive coaching, leadership development and training, keynote speaking, and professional voice-over services.
Trina L. Martin is the founder of T. L. Martin International. She is also an executive coach, speaker, voice-over actor, and author, developing her leadership skills through more than three decades of service with the US Navy. She provides coaching programs for those who wish to become better leaders in their businesses and improve their confidence.
Please note that our services are not to be used as a substitute for professional mental health care or therapy. You are responsible for creating and implementing your own physical, mental and emotional wellbeing, decisions, choices, actions or inaction or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by the coach.
Our coaching does not prevent, cure or treat any mental disorder or medical disease. It does not substitute professional advice made by legal, mental, medical or other qualified professionals and will seek independent professional guidance for such matters.
Although our programs improve your mental health and your professional mindset, it is important to seek professional help, whether it be based on any traumas you have experienced or other conditions. If you are currently under the care of a mental health professional, we would recommend that you inform your mental health care provider and may have to provide a referral letter on their behalf.
The coach agrees to maintain the code of ethics and standards of behavior when conducting these coaching sessions. We will ensure that the client is comfortable and safe.
The client agrees to communicate honestly, be open to the feedback and guidance provided and dedicate their time and energy to participate fully into the course or coaching session.
We reserve the right to change these prices at any time. By purchasing our services, you are also agreeing to the terms and conditions and privacy policy.
Payment must be made electronically through Stripe and PayPal. We credit cards. Billing address must be the same as the shipping address, due to credit card procedures.
We reserve the right to cancel or terminate your access to our services or coaching programs, for the following:
If you breach our Terms and Conditions.
If you engage in anti-social behavior against the coach or any members of our community.
If you take advantage of our materials (i.e., stealing or reproducing them for your own benefit).
It is the responsibility of both parties that any confidential information shared (whether it be during our coaching sessions) will not be used for any purpose, except the performance of its obligations under this agreement.
Our programs are strictly for educational purposes only. The client agrees that they are entirely responsible for their own progress during the programs. Because our services are focused on personal growth, the results experienced by each client may significantly vary. The results you achieve are heavily based on how committed you are in completing our programs. There is no guarantee that you will reach your goals as a result of participation in our services. We assume no responsibility for errors / omissions that may occur in any of our program materials.
The contents published on this website (images, texts, graphics, logos, etc.) are the property of T.L. Martin International and/or its content creators and protected by international copyright laws.
T.L. Martin International will not be held liable for any negligence, injury, loss and direct, consequential or special damages of any kind, including (without limitation) loss of data, delay in services due to situations beyond our control, any breach of our terms and conditions and privacy policy etc.
We cannot warrant that the information on our site will be accurate and error-free. This involves any typographical errors on our services, pricing, offers, etc. We reserve the right to correct any errors or update information on our business.

If you are not satisfied with the service you received, T.L. Martin International will do everything it can to ensure that your needs are met. Clients are always our priority. If you wish to stop using our services, please give us a written notice 7 days prior and we will proceed with the rest of the cancelling process.
