Trina graduated from Alabama A&M University with a Bachelor's in Computer Science and earned an MBA in International Business from Western International University.

Trina is a retired US Navy officer who served honorably for 30 years. Trina's passion for leadership is her desire to use her skills and experience to create other great leaders. She is currently pursuing her International Coaching Federation coaching certificate to go more in-depth with her coaching.

As an officer in the US Navy, she has led members of the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, and civilian personnel during the Global War on Terrorism campaign.

Naturally skilled at finding the harmony between technology, science, and data, she has led a stellar career in Information Technology, where she programmed multi-million dollar systems for major corporations and trained hundreds of corporate users.

Trina is skilled at understanding the problems and needs of organizations. She provides relevant, practical, and up-to-date training to leaders, recognizes how leadership impacts teams and organizations and can develop leaders who positively affect both.

As a speaker, she takes a refreshingly honest and relatable approach to teaching leaders, professionals, and women to realize their full potential. Trina has spoken at agencies within the federal government, oil and gas, financial, medical, and educational industries.
