The Ladies Leadership Ladder is a mastermind for all women in tech. This mastermind will bring BIPOC and other women in tech together to form a community and support system where everyone can feel safe sharing experiences, connecting, and learning from each other.

Gender bias is pervasive across tech for all women. Women in tech are underrepresented. Both women of color and white females face these biases on different levels. Since women are the minority in the male-dominated industry, we need to unite to support one another.

This mastermind is for women who are like-minded in changing the tech industry culture and how women are thought of and treated so that you can climb the career leadership ladder to shift the workplace, foster innovation, and be an example to other women in tech.

You know you have what it takes to be an effective leader. You want to have an impact. Whether you're already in leadership or desiring to be, Ladies Leadership Ladder is the place to share your wisdom, learn and make connections that will change your career.

We will meet virtually once a month for six months. Each meeting last for one hour.

You will have an accountability partner. In addition, you will get two one-on-one accountability calls with me when you need more support. You can use your two accountability calls anytime within six months.

You will get access to each session recording so you can go back and get the points you may have missed during the session or listen to all the dropped gems.

You will be part of the Slack channel so that you can communicate with each other between sessions.
