“I call myself ‘The Queen of Equality In Tech’ because I’m on a mission to make the tech industry equal for women, especially women of color”
- Trina Martin, a proud advocate for women in color in tech.Talented women are going unnoticed and that’s not okay…
Ever since I established Trina L. Martin International, my vision has always been to help women of color in tech show up as their whole authentic selves, navigate obstacles and become leaders while being empowered to create a career they deserve and represent the possibilities for other WOC to pursue tech.
I also wish to help companies create a truly equal and inclusive workspace by teaching them to hire, retain and promote women as their valued employees.
Having gone through the struggles of dismissing criticism from others and making a name for myself in a field that is “male-dominated”, I wish to inspire other women to take the leap and pursue the passion they feel in their veins.
It’s time we encouraged women in their career endeavors and show people how much of a valuable asset we can be to their workspace.
I hope you will help me and share my support in promoting women of color in tech.
